Our Bakery

Cruz Bakery was founded by a Cuban family in 1971 in New York with the name of Crema Bakery, at that time its specialty was the sale of delicious coquitos and milk cream.

 

In 1977 they decided to move to Miami and tried to open with the same name of Crema Bakery, but as they conflicted with the name they opted for another one that would distinguish them and make them known, that is how the name of Cruz Bakery was born, which remains to the present.

They stayed in the same direction until 1990 and then they moved to Hialeah, where they live today. After almost 50 years, Cruz Bakery has expanded throughout the country, increasing the variety of its products and maintaining originality and quality in its recipes.
